WTW Architects collaborated with Jim Shorkey Auto Group key personnel at the onset of preliminary design to ensure the 47,000 sf renovation and addition created an improved branding approach that works to enhance the customer experience and streamline workflow.
Vehicle service lanes were reconfigured and expanded to support increased customer volume and expedite the servicing process. The openness and transparency of the showroom allows for staff to efficiently interact with customers and features a New Vehicle Delivery space where customers can celebrate and pick up their newly purchased vehicles. The renovated lounge is equipped with a tech bar, café, and upgraded amenities offer enhanced comfort and convenience to customers.
Renovations and additions were also implemented in the Detailing Building. Improvements to the building include expansion of the washing, drying, and detailing areas, as well as further integration of strategically located EV charging stations to support CDJR’s ongoing conversion to hybrid and electric vehicles.
