Our Team

Amy has dedicated her career to the design of spaces that foster community, gathering, & inclusion, and she is now focused full time on the planning, design, and development of best practices for college unions and student life facilities. Amy works to ensure that the project team maintains a student focus in all design decisions - fostering cooperation among university staff, consultants, and contractors. She prides herself on facilitating consensus among diverse community stakeholders to develop a building that is welcoming to all. In her 20+ year career, she has frequently managed complex, phased renovations - including building assessments - focused on accessibility & the user experience.

Fun Fact: Amy was involved with the student theater group in college and stayed active in the amateur theater scene in Pittsburgh after graduation. Over a decade she designed and/or painted sets for over 30 shows.

Autumn, a graduate of Kent State University, originally discovered her passion for architecture during an internship in her college years. This experience solidified her desire to become an architect. Throughout her experience, her love for the built environment has deepened and grown to include multiple market segments. In all aspects of the profession Autumn's passion is to design for functionality and the user experience instead of favoring aesthetics, ensuring that the final design is a product that exceeds the client's expectations. She understands that successful design is not just about aesthetics, but also about functionality and the overall experience of the end-users. She is passionate about working on projects where innovation and functionality redefine architecture.

Fun Fact: Autumn's furry friend is a Mini-Bernedoodle named Bo. 

Barrett is an interior designer who is passionate about exclusive and inclusive design practices. As she starts her career, Barrett is looking forward to bringing her unique perspective to every project and client that she works with. She bases her designs on prioritizing function over form and aims to create spaces that positively impact people's lives. Barrett aims to help create spaces that are both inspiring and comfortable for the people who occupy them, while still fitting within the client's end vision. Barrett's dedication to research, both in and outside of school, has equipped her with a deep understanding of inclusive design principles. Barrett's goal with each design is to revolutionize the way we perceive and interact with spaces, making a lasting impact on individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Fun Fact: Barrett has visited 27 out of 50 states already, and plans to visit all 50 in her lifetime. 

Chaz joined the WTW team in 2021 and has since added his talent and passion for architecture to multiple projects. Chaz brings his knowledge from his Master’s of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, his love for architecture, and his unique perspective to every project in which he participates. He is passionate about considering the way that space will impact the well-being of its users. Chaz enjoys working with and leading other young architects in the community as they pursue successful careers together. He is eager to continue to learn more about the architectural world and brings this drive to continue learning to the office on a daily basis. During Chaz’s time at WTW, he has contributed to many projects from programming studies to phased renovation projects to new construction, all ranging in scale and size.

Fun Fact: Chaz's hobbies include video games, social activities, reading, and anything that involves being outdoors! 

With thirty years of experience, Chris applies his extensive expertise to every project he works on. He enjoys all aspects of our profession and strives to integrate all disciplines into his designs. His passion for architecture started with residential buildings, both single and multi-family, but quickly grew to include commercial, educational, and specialty projects. Chris’s designs often express the function and structure while incorporating efficiency, affordability, and environmental responsibility. As WTW’s resident Passive House designer, he constantly advocates for sustainable design. His work frequently gravitates to technical aspects including intricate BIM modeling and integrating the latest concepts in envelope design.

Fun Fact: Chris lives in a 100 year-old shingle-style bungalow in Aspinwall with his wife and daughter. Someday they hope to make it energy efficient! 
 

Dayna is WTW's Marketing Coordinator, bringing her passion for the industry to the firm's marketing strategies and pursuits. Dayna's unique blend of creativity and precision is what sets her apart. Her strategic mindset and attention to detail ensure that our proposals shine brightly, setting us apart from the competition. Dayna leads the charge when it comes to showcasing our architectural prowess to the world. Whether she's leading a project pursuit, developing communications, or planning an event, she approaches each task with unwavering enthusiasm and innovation. Her drive to deliver results is second to none, making her an invaluable asset to the WTW Architects team.

Fun Fact: Dayna's favorite hobby is photography. 

Deborah is a seasoned graphic designer at WTW, bringing her wealth of knowledge to the firm. With over 25 years of studio and agency design experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her portfolio includes branding, marketing graphics, brochures, store displays, and product packaging. At WTW, she has expanded her skills to include campus-wide maps, strategic planning, and more. Deborah's attention to detail and ability to execute design visions set her apart. She collaborates effectively and stays up to date with industry trends. Her passion and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset at WTW.

Fun Fact: Deborah completed a fun but rigorous vegan baking certification during COVID. It ignited her creativity and now she enjoys professionally baking on the weekends.

Dorinda has been with WTW for over 10 years, and her efforts are an integral part of the firm’s operations. With over 30 years of experience, she manages our financial operations and ensures seamless project execution. In addition to managing financial operations, Dorinda also leads the human resources arm of the firm – dealing with renewals, onboarding of new employees, and assisting the team with issues that come up under this umbrella. Dorinda's attention to detail, client-centric approach, and passion for architecture make her an invaluable asset to our team. We are grateful to have her on board, assisting with the firm's financial success and create exceptional experiences for our clients.

Fun Fact: Dorinda loves to read, cook, and attend her son's soccer games. 

Elena joined the WTW team is 2021 and has been bringing her passion for architecture to the table for every project she has been a part of. Her educational background from The Pennsylvania State University established her passion for inclusive and progressive design, specifically in higher education spaces. She also understands the importance of protecting a facility or client's architectural history in coordination with developing a new project to exceed the client's vision. With a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset, Elena approaches every project with an innovative and empathetic perspective. She understands that successful design is not just about aesthetics, but also about functionality and the overall experience of the end-users.

Fun Fact: In her free time, Elena plays ukulele and guitar. 

Greg has been with WTW for over 30 years and is experienced in all phases of project development and delivery. Throughout his career, Greg has managed numerous large, complex renovations as well as new construction projects, successfully integrating the early design concepts into high-functioning facilities. He has a strong track record in managing higher education, K-12, commercial, and corporate projects.  

Greg utilizes his strong project management and design skills across multiple market segments, and has a long list of successfully executed projects on his resume. During a project's duration, he operates as a key participant of the management team, interfacing daily with the client throughout the project. Some of his project duties include overseeing all aspects of production from design development through contract documents and the construction administration phase.

Fun Fact: Greg has a newfound passion for learning to play the guitar.

With over 32 years of experience, Holly plays a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Her meticulous organizational skills and dedication make her an invaluable asset to our team. She is known for her professionalism, approachability, and commitment to excellence. Holly approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges. She is the friendly voice that will most likely greet you when you call the WTW office!

Fun Fact: Stephen King is Holly's favorite author. 

Huynh joined WTW Architects in 2021 and has brought her passions and ideals to all of her projects to date. With strong beliefs in inclusion, community, and a sense of belonging, Huynh’s core values guide her design decision-making. Her passion for inclusion affects the design process that she follows on every project, always keeping the experience for the end user of the space in mind during the process. Huynh has known that she wanted to be in the architecture industry since high school, and pursued her career aspirations at Kent State University. In addition to assisting with designs in the office, she enjoys the field aspect of the profession and takes the chance for site visits whenever she can! 

Fun Fact: Huynh is fluent in Vietnamese.
