Amy has dedicated her career to the design of spaces that foster community, gathering, & inclusion, and she is now focused full time on the planning, design, and development of best practices for college unions and student life facilities. Amy works to ensure that the project team maintains a student focus in all design decisions - fostering cooperation among university staff, consultants, and contractors. She prides herself on facilitating consensus among diverse community stakeholders to develop a building that is welcoming to all. In her 20+ year career, she has frequently managed complex, phased renovations - including building assessments - focused on accessibility & the user experience.
Fun Fact: Amy was involved with the student theater group in college and stayed active in the amateur theater scene in Pittsburgh after graduation. Over a decade she designed and/or painted sets for over 30 shows.

Barrett is an interior designer who is passionate about exclusive and inclusive design practices. As she starts her career, Barrett is looking forward to bringing her unique perspective to every project and client that she works with. She bases her designs on prioritizing function over form and aims to create spaces that positively impact people's lives. Barrett aims to help create spaces that are both inspiring and comfortable for the people who occupy them, while still fitting within the client's end vision. Barrett's dedication to research, both in and outside of school, has equipped her with a deep understanding of inclusive design principles. Barrett's goal with each design is to revolutionize the way we perceive and interact with spaces, making a lasting impact on individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Fun Fact: Barrett has visited 27 out of 50 states already, and plans to visit all 50 in her lifetime.
Deborah is a seasoned graphic designer at WTW, bringing her wealth of knowledge to the firm. With over 25 years of studio and agency design experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her portfolio includes branding, marketing graphics, brochures, store displays, and product packaging. At WTW, she has expanded her skills to include campus-wide maps, strategic planning, and more. Deborah's attention to detail and ability to execute design visions set her apart. She collaborates effectively and stays up to date with industry trends. Her passion and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset at WTW.
Fun Fact: Deborah completed a fun but rigorous vegan baking certification during COVID. It ignited her creativity and now she enjoys professionally baking on the weekends.
Dorinda has been with WTW for over 10 years, and her efforts are an integral part of the firm’s operations. With over 30 years of experience, she manages our financial operations and ensures seamless project execution. In addition to managing financial operations, Dorinda also leads the human resources arm of the firm – dealing with renewals, onboarding of new employees, and assisting the team with issues that come up under this umbrella. Dorinda's attention to detail, client-centric approach, and passion for architecture make her an invaluable asset to our team. We are grateful to have her on board, assisting with the firm's financial success and create exceptional experiences for our clients.
Fun Fact: Dorinda loves to read, cook, and attend her son's soccer games.
Elena joined the WTW team is 2021 and has been bringing her passion for architecture to the table for every project she has been a part of. Her educational background from The Pennsylvania State University established her passion for inclusive and progressive design, specifically in higher education spaces. She also understands the importance of protecting a facility or client's architectural history in coordination with developing a new project to exceed the client's vision. With a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset, Elena approaches every project with an innovative and empathetic perspective. She understands that successful design is not just about aesthetics, but also about functionality and the overall experience of the end-users.
Fun Fact: In her free time, Elena plays ukulele and guitar.
Greg has been with WTW for over 30 years and is experienced in all phases of project development and delivery. Throughout his career, Greg has managed numerous large, complex renovations as well as new construction projects, successfully integrating the early design concepts into high-functioning facilities. He has a strong track record in managing higher education, K-12, commercial, and corporate projects.
Greg utilizes his strong project management and design skills across multiple market segments, and has a long list of successfully executed projects on his resume. During a project's duration, he operates as a key participant of the management team, interfacing daily with the client throughout the project. Some of his project duties include overseeing all aspects of production from design development through contract documents and the construction administration phase.
Fun Fact: Greg has a newfound passion for learning to play the guitar.
